- Online Portal: Through this portal, you have an address book set up, customized to your delivery points. You can place orders, track them and even set up who should receive notifications for your shipments, if you want to add anyone to the loop! You can also retrieve reports and review invoices to help expedite your internal billing process.
- Electronic Proof of Deliveries: We understand you use our services because you have tight deadlines to meet! Receive immediate confirmations when your order is placed, picked up and delivered. Because of COVID, we have been providing contactless delivery, which is why we’re also making sure you receive a photo of where we’ve left your package for peace of mind.
- Data Integration: Our dispatching software offers an EDI solution, to push orders electronically via Advance Shipping Notices (ASNs), Electronic Data Interchange (EDI), AS2, as well as proprietary B2B data interchange methods. From complex two-way EDI and XML document interchange to basic comma-separated value (CSV) imports to AS2-secured feeds, our software handles them all to meet your customers’ requirements of the last mile of the supply chain.
- Intelligent Dispatching: Our software ranks available drivers based on the geographical location of each order and current driver work loads. We also rely on it to gather data on what time of day we have the most surge in orders and even specific geographical locations or “hot spots” which helps our operations team have enough drivers covering that area to provide our clients with the best service and meet your deadlines.
